After suffering with severe wisdom tooth pain for about four weeks, I decided to visit Katoomba Dental Surgery, and I’m so grateful I did. My regular dentist had already advised that the tooth would likely need to be extracted and had referred me to the hospital, which meant waiting while I was still in a lot of pain. I am very very happy with my dentures and all of the service I have reviewed. I went in with 10 year old ill fitting NHS dentures and 6 rotten teeth which I thought would have to be removed. The dentist reassured me to my surprise that I could keep my teeth and then got me fitted for new ones in a timely manner. I now have great dentures that are comfortable, are actually a help to my health as I am a severe sufferer of Chrome's and now being able to properly chew food is helping significantly. Absolutely shocking. Would not recommend. Reception staff RUDE and unapologetic despite their repeated errors. Requests directly to reception staff simply IGNORED. Request to make a complaint regarding poor service and attitude of employees again simply IGNORED.
