I have been a patient at this dental practice for many years now. My dentist is Oreste and I would thoroughly recommend him. He is friendly and welcoming and takes time to explain what he is doing during appointments and explaining the outcome of x-rays etc and the reasons for any additional work required. I see Kerrie, who is one of the Hygienists. Again she is friendly, welcoming and explains what she is doing during appointments and also where I can make improvements to my dental hygiene. All of the dental nurses and admin support are brilliant. Overall, as much as a trip to the dentis…
Just switched dentist and have to say they have been fantastic. Had some major treatment earlier this week and Rachel Patten took the time to explain everything brilliantly. Very convenient place to get to with free car parking. Friendly staff. Also had a call today to make sure l was ok. So far, a great experience.
Always professional and caring in everyway. A lovely warm welcome and put me at ease straight away. Never worry about attending my appointment as treatment always thorough and treated well. Thankyou been with your practice 30 years and very grateful
The whole team are incredible to deal with, Julie is always so understanding when I call and treats me with such kindness, clearly knowing some people are nervous about having their teeth looked at. They’re also great when calling at short notice or with an emergency. Tom has helped me for many years with good behaviours in oral care, now I have Tariq who has seamlessly taken care of me. I couldn’t be happier than I am with Brookvale and highly recommend the team to anyone with a need.
