The receptionist’s were so lovely and made sure my mum was looked after. My mum hadn’t seen a dentist for a while, so was very nervous. My mum was seen by a very lovely gentleman that was very supportive and made my mum feel at ease.
I phoned 6 dentists for an emergency molar extraction before coming across these guys, an available emergency appointment( rare as hens teeth!) & the kind receptionists. I had to take antibiotics & wait a couple of weeks before returing to have the extraction today. Having had a v traumatic extraction before (same tooth other side) i was super nervous. I couldnt been in better hands. Dr Shar constantly checked how i was, informed me what was happening at each stage, was friendly, efficient and all that you could ask from someone actioning what is a fairly brutal procedure. I needed to find a dentist for an emergency appointment and chose Holsworthy Dental Centre. Alek was friendly caring and patient with a lovely calm manner and I felt very relaxed which I'm not normally at the dentist! I would absolutely recommend him. Friendly receptionists too!
This practice is superb and although they have great difficulty at the moment in finding new NHS dentists the service with the current limited NHS dentist is superb and that includes domiciliary care which my wife confirms is also superb.
