Poor Navigation Directions Led to Missed Appointment - Clinic Refused to See Us Despite Our Efforts I booked a routine dental examination for my daughter at Hitchin Dental. However, our experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple failures on their part. When I called beforehand to obtain the address for my satnav, the clinic provided: "84-85 Bancroft, Hitchin SG5 1NQ." Upon arrival at this address, there was no visible dental clinic. Exceptional service and a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. The ladies on Reception were friendly and my Dentist Antonia was really kind and comforting, giving excellent advice whilst making me feel relaxed and well looked after throughout the appointment and procedure. I recently visited the dentist after avoiding it for years due to an unpleasant past experience. Rhea made me feel completely understood and validated. She took the time to explain everything, reassure me, and check in throughout both appointment’s. I ended up needing a few fillings, Rhea made the entire process feel calm and manageable and I now feel less worried visiting the dentist having had a pain and stress free experience!
