Mount Road Dental Practice

Recently went for a tooth extraction and they were incredible. The receptionist where so kind and when I went to get the actual procedure the dentist was lovely. I was very nervous and nearly has a panic attack but the nurse held my hand straight away and helped me through it. The dentist was incredibly understanding and kind. The first time i have felt comfortable at a dentist appointment. Thank you so much

Today I had to have a filling. I saw Joseph and his team (inc reception). I am Autistic but the care and compassion was incredible. They were all so calming and understanding and got me through. Thank you all - I am so grateful for your kindness! 😃

Absolutely fantastic experience. 👏. The new dentist, Victoria, took SO much trouble to get things just right in replacing my bridge, where my previous practice had not. She was very meticulous, polite and charming, and a very talented dentist who obviously takes great pride in her work. I found the support staff gave me a warm greeting, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I bet it would be great for anxious patients. Ten out of ten, everyone. Thank you!

Provides a service for NHS patients but there is a noticeable preference towards those private patients, who in my experience are spoken to in a more professional manner. The receptionists I have dealt with can be quite antagonistic, for example when calling about a damaged tooth I was concerned about I was told "it's not an emergency just because you think it is" when I politely enquired whether I could get an appointment sooner. Whilst the treatment I have received from the dentist was as good as I expected, I would consider other dental surgeries that provide a more welcoming and compa…
