I had a very pleasant experience on last Friday. Had a very short wait for my appointment. I met my new dentist and he was very pleasant, explaining everything as he went along, offering lots of advice. It filled me with confidence. This was a routine checkup and I look forward to my next one in 6 months. On leaving I settled my bill and made the next appointment with a receptionist who was not only competent but very friendly.
