I took my daughter to this orthodontic practice and unfortunately our experience was very upsetting. The head orthodontist spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner, which immediately made my daughter feel uncomfortable and anxious. We explained that she had struggled to wear her retainer consistently and wanted to discuss next steps. However, we felt pressured into Invisalign and were told that if we did not pay for it, no further treatment would be provided. This was communicated abruptly and felt unprofessional.
