The receptionist, Aliya is always professional and welcoming towards me. She is organized, very caring when it comes to rescheduling my appointments, and always ready to answer questions or provide clear information about appointments and treatment details. Her communication makes the process straightforward and stress-free. The treatment has been excellent so far - appointments run to time, we always know the plan for the next appointment. Customer service from the receptionist to the orthodontist is outstanding. Sam and Humaira are always so friendly and really put my daughter at ease when receiving her treatment.
We’ve had such a positive experience at Making Smiles Orthodontics. The reception staff are always very friendly and approachable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrive. I took my daughter to this orthodontic practice and unfortunately our experience was very upsetting. The head orthodontist spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner, which immediately made my daughter feel uncomfortable and anxious. We explained that she had struggled to wear her retainer consistently and wanted to discuss next steps. However, we felt pressured into Invisalign and were told that if we did not pay for it, no further treatment would be provided. This was communicated abruptly and felt unprofessional.
