Do not understand what is happening since Di retired I have no confirmation of my next appointment with hygienist I messaged asking for confirmation of the date…in March. Nothing I have phoned twice, holding on for 5 mins art a time. Nobody pick up the phone. I really hope the practice is still operating with Mr Healey and Pat the hygienist as both do an excellent job.
I’m very pleased with this dental practice. I needed a sort of emergency tooth extraction. Dr Othman did a check up and explained my issue. I didn’t feel any pain and everything was smooth. His assistant Aalya was super nice. I will go back in a few months for an Implant.
The service went downhill when Roderick's took over. Before then I was never delayed for an appointment, and was often seen earlier than scheduled. Since then I am rarely seen on time and the last time I was made to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for a 15 minute checkup. The next patient had even arrived before I was seen! Since Diane left it has got worse and there is zero customer service. I would say even less than zero if that was possible. They can spam me by text and email about appointments. Make me fill in questionnaires on an App before my appointment. Remind…
I saw Mr Healy today, having had double jaw surgery when i was 19 and now looking at having an upper implant, i felt totally assured that i was in the best hands to have the procedure done and have made bookings to start this process with him.
