I have received exceptional care at Chapel Dental from Rachel and her team. Rachel has been very professional, knowledgeable and with great attention to details. She explained treatment very well. The team has been very accommodating with late appointments. I would very much recommend Rachel and Chapel Dental.
My first week at Chapel Dental, where should one start…. Rachel, you are fantastic, so knowledgeable and professional while keeping a relaxed bedside manner. 10/10!! A special mention for Darren, after 30+ year visiting dental hygienists, I’ve never had the pleasure of having such wonderful treatment. He is super talented, professional, and very patient. All the team at the practice are amazing, professional, personable, and so very welcoming. Would highly recommend!!!
As a new nervous patient I was greeted warmly by Erica who showed me around the building followed by an informal chat. Then introduced me to Rachel who was equally friendly & put me at ease with unrushed & pain-free treatment. Allowing time for frequent pauses as necessary.
I would give more stars if possible!! :) I called with 2 weeks to go until my wedding asking for help to fix my front teeth (after other dentists said it was too late to help).. Erica was an absolute lifesaver & went above & beyond to help sort my problem. The dentist, Rachel (who is also incredible) made extra time for me & fit the veneers I needed! All within a week! Cost effective, efficient, zero pressure & I couldn’t have been happier!! Genuinely the best dentist I’ve ever been to.. go & see the team & you won’t be disappointed!!!
