I have been a client at this dentist for well.over 30 years. Originally with the late Andrew who was absolutely lovely and now with Stephen who has filled Andrews shoes perfectly in my opinion. Stephen is so kind and caring and very gentle. Yesterday I had a huge molar removed and I cannot thank Stephen enough for his calm and composed manner whilst getting to grips with this rather large tooth. He talked me through the whole way and kept asking me how I was and if I wanted to stop for a rest. He is also dentist to my kids and has made them comfortable visiting the dentist when before t…
Unfriendly and uncaring. I have been a patient at this surgery for over 10 years and have received excellent service in the past. Unfortunately on the last three visits this has not been the case and the receptionist has been downright rude.
Our teeth have been looked after by this Dental Surgery for 37 years, they are brilliant. I must admit I was a bit worried when Mr Fletcher retired a few years ago, but in came Stephen who is just as amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Update : Since this review I have also had route canal work carried out requiring 3 visits, great service, fast and pain-free. Update : Great service once again, they fit me in at very short notice to sort out a broken tooth, Stephen was fast and efficient as always. Update : Happy New Year to you all. And a huge thanks for fixing my teeth last year.
I'm a nervous patient as my mum had a bad experience once at another dentist. The staff here are amazing, really put me at ease, make sure I'm informed every step of the way when extracting my teeth etc honestly couldn't fault them. Highly recommended, trustworthy and friendly, thank you so much for all your help!! :)
