As a frequent visitor with my daughter who suffers very often with tonsillitis - the care here is second to none. Today we were seen by Jessica, in and out with a prescription within 20 minutes. It's always clean and staff are very helpful. Much more efficient than being caller number 45 on the phone to the GP and then not being able to get an appointment. Thankyou!

What fantastic treatment received yesterday and today by Jess! Took my mother to the urgent treatment centre after she had a fall and injured her hands. Jess showed great empathy and compassion. Cleaned and dressed the wound and suggested an X-ray today if hand became more swollen, which it has done. X-ray done super quick. Follow up with Jess happened quickly and a call to come in a couple of days with conclusion of X-ray. Hand in splint as precaution. Both impressed with Jess and the whole set up at the Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital.

I attended the UTC today at QVMH. I used the Waitless App and found that even with travelling I would be seen very quickly. Once I had checked in I was called through in less than 10 minutes. Nick was the person attending to me. A great ambassador for the NHS. Good at listening, empathetic, thorough in his care and examination and very good at explaining the outcome and treatment. Good job.

As hospitals go, although it's small compared to other hospitals, I find it well run and quieter than average. The staff have always treated me with respect and they are a cheerful lot.
