I have been with this practice for over 20 years and been delighted with the quality of care . During that time I have never missed an appointment so very disappointed that I now have to pay in advance in case of cancellation. I find that a bit insulting
Great clinical care. Just wish that Sheila the orthodontist was there every Friday. Hard to get appointments when needed. This affects continuity of care and has caused some issues in my treatment. No reflection on her skills though.
Absolute brilliant service & care given by Tom, a true professional with such a lovely manner, a credit to his profession, so grateful for his expertise & compassion.
