Since coming to Henley Dental post-lockdown, I've always had good treatment here. The surgery's decor is appealing and creates a relaxing atmosphere. All the staff I've encountered have been pleasant in their approach. Since being assigned to Dr Rachel Lal a couple of years ago, I've been highly satisfied with her quality of care - indeed, she is probably the most painless dentist I've ever encountered. Long may this continue! Anoop is also an excellent nurse.
I had the need for some urgent treatment and the practice accommodated me at very short notice. I was warmly welcomed at reception and then met the dentist, James and his nurse, Mel. Both very friendly, understanding and helpful in understanding my problem. James has a great manner and did a super job in resolving the issues - a perfectionist and he would not settle for less. Mel was brilliant at ensuring I was comfortable whilst supporting James. Painless treatment, super outcome and done at a very good price. I have now moved my custom to their practice. Had some extensive work done at Henley Dental over a 6mth period with Dave Dehal and am very pleased with the results. It was my first appointment at henley dental. Mr Lal is by far the best dentist I've ever seen. He was very very good. Kept me informed at every stage of my treatment. He was brilliant.
