Excellent experience. Had an appointment to visit Charlotte the hygienist. Felt very nervous but from the moment I walked through the door the friendly, reassurance from Casey, the kindness from Lucy and the professional and gentle treatment from Charlotte who explained everything as she went along made me feel at ease.
