Visited earlier in the week for a pediatric appointment. Firstly, the hospital is located in what can only be described as a business park, so you drive past quite a few hangars/warehouses on the way, however the plus side is there is plenty of parking available once you reach your destination. Inside the facilities are clean and bright, however not very thoroughly thought of for parents. AVOID DENTAL DEPARTMENT!! I am extremely disappointed and deeply upset with the level of care my young daughter received at OSD Dental Department. Over the course of four months, she attended three separate appointments — and yet multiple serious dental issues were completely missed. In October, she had a routine check-up and we were told everything was fine. In December, we returned because she was complaining of tooth pain. At that point, we were informed she had a cavity.
