Visited earlier in the week for a pediatric appointment. Firstly, the hospital is located in what can only be described as a business park, so you drive past quite a few hangars/warehouses on the way, however the plus side is there is plenty of parking available once you reach your destination. Inside the facilities are clean and bright, however not very thoroughly thought of for parents. I say this because it turns out the only baby change is on the first floor (not on the ground floor) and to get to the baby change station you have to navigate three fire doors (two on the ground floor and…
AVOID DENTAL DEPARTMENT!! I am extremely disappointed and deeply upset with the level of care my young daughter received at OSD Dental Department. Over the course of four months, she attended three separate appointments — and yet multiple serious dental issues were completely missed. In October, she had a routine check-up and we were told everything was fine. In December, we returned because she was complaining of tooth pain. At that point, we were informed she had a cavity. We were told it had been filled and that everything was resolved. At no stage were we informed that this was only a…
Attended dentist there today. As a very nervous patient turning up to have a tooth out, everyone put me at ease and supported me throughout the whole process. Thank you Julia for your skill, calmness and taking things at a pace I was comfortable with. Ana for being such a great support keeping me calm, and Thank you Dee keeping me informed on all arrangements, sorting apts and often having to change them. Such a great team. From making the apt to leaving the surgery, and follow up checks you couldn’t wish for better care. Thank you
So glad I found this place. I’ve been with this practice for several years. I just love the accessibility! For a fair price I can see a doctor or consultant as and when I need to… I experience the receptionists, nurses, doctors as always pleasant, professional and compassionate. I fully recommend!!
