I hadn't been to a dentist for too long and perhaps I was too embarrassed for the last couple of years. My initial phone call to the practice was extremely positive and friendly which helped me. It was the same when I walked into the practice, welcoming staff and calm atmosphere. Neil was so engaging and when he said, we'll give you your smile back, I never imagined how much he could achieve and it exceeded anything I thought possible. I cannot express how brilliant everyone is there. Neil is the dentist, but all of the staff have the same attitude, to help as he does.
