disgusted and frustrated…the way I have been treated by the secretary today. Called to book an appointment for 2 family members and she told me that we have been removed from their system as we haven’t answer their messages and didn’t attend the compulsory😡😬appointments???? We have been registered with them since 2017 and we always attended when and if need it.this experience was shocking. I requested her to remove us from the system as this is unacceptable and we feel humiliated too. After 5 minutes the same lovely lady called us back and told us she can re registered us but anyway w…

I can not praise this dental practice enough, it was a really positive experience from beginning to end. I was taken on as an emergency client due to a broken tooth: My anxiety just melted away as soon as I was greeted by the lovely Di on reception. The dentist and the dental assistant were friendly, thorough and also put me very much at ease. The treatment (a crown) I received went without hitch and I just hope that I can get signed up with this practice once things have calmed down.
