This practice has really gone downhill. I’ve phoned around five times over the past few weeks after seeing an emergency dentist for an infection around my wisdom tooth. The emergency dentist told me I’d need gum surgery and to contact my regular dentist for a referral. Every time I’ve called, I’ve been told different things by the receptionists, from “staff issues” to “call back next week” and I haven’t even been able to book an appointment. Very rude behaviour from the receptionist , slammed the phone down without no notice. No apology. Twice now not stamped prescription, and said that I should have remembered from last time. Very rude staff
