This is a wonderful practice. My dentist is fantastic, but I must give a shout out to a dental nurse called Elodie. Where do I begin? Let’s be honest, lying horizontally under a halogen spotlight whilst a power wash of your molars is taking place is not a vibe. It’s not my vibe. Very disappointed with this practice. I was prescribed antibiotics before Christmas without a clear explanation, and when I queried this I was told I should consider myself "lucky to be seen at such short notice,” which I found dismissive. Communication and administration were poor. It took weeks to be told that the practice could not provide a CBCT referral, despite repeated enquiries. At a later appointment, the dentist confirmed that periodontal pocket depths had not been recorded previously and were only measured after I raised the issue myself, which is concerning for continuity of c…

The team were all very good, the dentist Naveen showed great care and explained the necessary treatment fully and arranged a referral. The receptionists were all very friendly and efficient too.
