What can I say but a massive thankyou to Flora for the care and treatment given to both my husband and my son. My son is autistic and had a fear of dentist but she listened to everything he had to say and carried out the treatment he needed in such a calm, professional and unhurried way that he now looks forward to seeing her again! My husband needed a lot of treatment because of medication which he had to stop taking during his treatment. Flora completed the work as quickly as was possible so that he could get back on his meds. My stepson and I have the lovely Flora as our dentist and not only has she gone above and beyond to attend to our dental needs,she has an amazing chairside manner with my very nervous stepson, who will now sit happily for treatment with her.Everything is always explained fully and Flora is always jolly,gentle and kind. The receptionist and Michelle are also lovely and do a great job! Thank you Flora and crew!!

Disgusting practice. The receptionist had the personality of a brick. The dentist prescribed antibiotics that weren't needed just to get us out the door, resulting in another night and day of pain, loss of earnings, having to book an emergency dentist to what should of been done on the day and another day off school for my daughter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Formal Complaint – Copperhouse Dental Practice Incident Date: 1st December I want to raise an urgent and serious complaint regarding the treatment my daughter received today at Copperhouse Dental Practice. Our appointment was already significantly delayed, but what followed was far more concerning.
