Dr Corolus is truly exceptional. He has taken care of both myself and my husband for some time now, and every visit reminds us how fortunate we are to be under his care. I had a great experience with Yoga, the dental hygienist. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer questions, which I really appreciated. The cleaning was thorough and well done. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
The doctors are good, but the administrative management is a total shambles. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I took a day off work for a 9:00 AM appointment, having already pre-paid 50% of the cost two weeks ago. I arrived early at 8:55 AM and paid the remaining balance at the desk. The receptionist told me to wait upstairs, then completely forgot about me. 20 minutes later while sitting exactly where I was told I received a text saying I was a "no-show" and was being charged a £65 cancellation fee. Had to miss an appointment due to being required urgently at work, called the dentist to advise them off this just before the appointment and they just kept me on hold for 20 mins. After this they advised me they couldn't do anything and i would be taken of there NHS list and would only be allowed to continue coming here if i went private to obviously try and make more money from me... also noticed when i used to visit that i would be purposely double charged and double booked for no work being done on the original appointment... best to avoid this dentist going forward
