My wife and I moved to Haverhill in May 2025 and were struggling to choose a dentist — especially one accepting new NHS patients. After being recommended by a neighbour, we signed up with West End Manse Dental Care, and I can honestly say that of all the dentists I’ve visited over the years (and there have been a lot!), I’ve never felt so welcomed and genuinely looked after by such a friendly, lovely, and understanding team. My son had 2 teeth out this morning and spent the night crying with anxiety. When he arrived he was met with the most incredible calm reassuring dentist and asst. They went at Jayden’s own pace and allowed him to feel comfortable. I have experienced the best dentistry at this establishment. Thank you for being amazing and changing the opinions of the future regarding dental care.
Louise and Gill were so helpful and kind to me! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Helped me book my next appointment in and then called me 30 mins later with a next day cancellation appointment which made me feel so much better not having to wait 10 days for my next appointment. Every time I ring with an issue they get me straight in for an appointment, often same day or the next day :-) Great practice, clean and tidy. And the girls on reception are so welcoming ☺️
Professional and in the same time friendly reception staff, nothing is too much, going the extra mile to make sure that I can fit the appointment around my busy schedule.
