Portman Smile Clinic is such a lovely environment with wonderful and friendly staff. I've been going there for nearly 2 years now, my braces have just come off and my teeth are beautiful. Staff give good care instructions to follow and are always good with their timing too. I'm very grateful for this clinic and for my new teeth 😁
My daughter had her braces fitting today and got cancelled due to staff absence which is completely understandable. The problem I encountered was that they had cancelled many appointments due to this and instead of prioritising those who have waited a substantial amount of time, they have pushed appointments back 3-4 months!. As a business like this you should prioritise those who have accepted changes due to your business as it isn’t the patients fault. I called Portman up and the lady gave us great advice as to how to go about this and that’s for the 2 stars!. My daughter hasn’t had the b…
My son has just finished his treatment for braces. He has got beautiful straight teeth now, very happy with the service and the staff were all really friendly, informative and polite. No issues at all, he is very pleased with the results. What a lovely clinic.
Louise and Katie and Nicky and javi are the best! they need a raise, paid holiday and extra holiday. they’re all so nice so I look forward to my appointments.
