Lovely people and Charise was a gem. Having not been to a dentist in over 30 years and having to go under Dr’s orders so to speak as having medication that can affect jaw bone healing etc….. I was bricking it but needn’t have bothered as the welcome was instantly a pleasant and reassuring one with cheery hello’s and big smiles and gingerly getting aboard the dentist chair was soon a walk in the park, what was I worrying about..? Vicarage Lane is my dentist now and with good reason, actually looking forward to returning even if it is to see the staff for a cuppa and dentist invited of course.
Ellis is a superb hygienist! Such a lovely man, noticed i was a bit nervous and then made the effort to make me feel comfortable and talked me through what he was doing! Would 100% recommend seeing Ellis
Fatima came across as competent and experienced, which is what you would want most of all in a dentist, in addition she is very personable. Ditto Ellis the hygienist and Jo on reception - all in all very easy to recommend this practice.
Welcoming and kind reception staff. Paul, the dentist, is patient and talks me through the process. He keeps me relaxed and calm.
