Mydentist - Fronks Road - Harwich

It was my first ever visit to mydentist, Fronks Rd, as spaces became available to join their Practice. I had been waiting for several years to find a local one and was so pleased this came up. Also I heard they had a very good reputation. On making the appointment, I was kept up to date with reminders - very efficient, thank you 😊 I was seen by Emmanuel for my initial consultation and was very impressed with his kind, empathetic and professional manner. My first visit / appointment as a new patient. From the beginning to the end the experience has been excellent. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr Emmanuel was a reassuringly calm dentist that would put the most nervous patient at ease. All in all I'd say my experience has been brilliant. Would recommend.

Took my 3 young children to the dentist-Emmanuel -he was really good with them (put them at ease) my youngest has never shown dentist his teeth -but was happy to today. Time was taken to talk and give full care -very impressed with care we received.

I am petrified of dentists.went for a check up and was told to return to have a tooth out I honestly didn't want to go back ,but new I had to. . He made sure he numbed me with enough anesthetic and said the tooth would crumble and I will feel pressure while he pulls it out .The tooth came out whole in no time at all. I would highly recommend this dentist a very nice man as well talks you through it all. Going back to have a root canal done and will only see him . Thank you highly recommend Emanuel
