I went to see Dr. Hetal for Invisalign and other dental work, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Hetal was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly and supportive at every visit. I’ve never been comfortable with needles or keeping my mouth open for long periods, but they really helped me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the process. Thanks to their professional advice and treatment, I feel so much more confident with my smile and the results. Highly recommend!
PLEASE be cautious especially if you are a private patient and if you are thinking of joining this dental practice. I have been a private patient at this surgery for nearly 3 years. Sadly my dentist left the practice. Just before Christmas 2025 my filling fell out leaving a large hole in my tooth. The receptionist offered me a routine appointment costing £40.00 as private patient l paid over the phone and accepted. I was asked if l was in pain l said no but concerned as my filling fell out. She said that fine it’s not an emergency or the cost would be 80.00. After waiting 40mins over my app…
Such a bad experience with my children. We've been treated like objects (similar to: next customer). As a dentist, if you are not able to connect with a child, then do only appointments for adults. They get paid for what??? Very sad.
Been with this dentist for many years; very professional and clean, generally run on time. Had to book urgent appointment for my daughter for cracked tooth and they managed to provide an appointment on the very same day. Highly recommended
