This review means a lot to me because it’s genuinely from the heart. I’ve had a deep fear of the dentist for as long as I can remember, a real anxiety, to the point where even picking up the phone to book an appointment would make me nervous. But the wonderful and kind Padi and the lovely receptionist have completely changed that for me. Firstly, the receptionist deserves a huge thank you. Whenever i call on the phone, she is genuinely kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. She doesn’t treat you like just another patient, she actually cares, and I know she knows i feel uncomfortable…

I Am A patient at Dr Rayban’s surgery I have been for over 10 years I can honestly say my dentist padi & the nurse rakhi are the most loveist friendly people ! They make you feel ever so comfortable and calm whilst in your appointment And are extremely good within there job roles Also the receptionist sue is a lovely lady who also does her best to make you feel comfortable whilst waiting for your appointment I’m a extremely nervous patient and all the staff make me feel at ease before during and after Thank you all so much Laura

Good afternoon, 03.09.25. so today was our first treatment. We had an exceptionally kind, warm welcome. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and attentive. The doctor and the assistant were also very interested in our dental history, they were very attentive to us, to me and my partner. They also made an appointment for us for further treatment. We will go again with great pleasure and without hesitation. We recommend this clinic to everyone!!! We would like to thank everyone for the warm welcome! A perfect example of a good dental practice . Staff are friendly, informative and all the modern equipment is an example for other dentistal practices to follow. I've been going there for years and highly recommend them.
