Clocktower Dental Surgery - Wealdstone

The female dentist didn’t want to help me saying that the dentist who did the filling for me in the USA will have to correct the problem. I was in agony with terrible pain and she wasn’t willing to help me. I have been using the surgery for over 10 years it is very sad to have such an irresponsible person.

I have been at this this over 10 years and the last 3 years the practice has been changing the dentist to new ones as the old ones leaves.Also it seems the waiting time for appointments has increased. The receptionist professionalism is in question

I’ve been at this dentist all my life, and I’ve had to leave because the levels of service has dropped severely. All the dentist do is give all the talk but do not actually want to do anything. Both myself and now my son have been neglected here. I’ve been forced to go private elsewhere and the new surgery is now my main one. It was a blessing to leave because the new dentist will redo my son’s terrible fillings via the NHS. That male dentist at this surgery is the absolute worst. The old owners really need to re evaluate the team that is currently there.

My experience at the clock tower dental practice has always been a good one, the receptionist Kanan and Dentist Dr Nikita were very friendly. Dr Nikita gave me options regarding the procedures i’d like to do and also had patience with me considering i have a phobia of the dentist and anaesthesia! I highly recommend seeing Dr Nikita and visiting the clock tower dental practice.
