Had a great experience with the team at Pinner Rd Smile Clinic. From start to finish I was kept up to date with process and progress. Shiv and the team are very professional and take your views on board. I have had Invisalign and Composite Bonding, and am really happy with my final result. The process is easy and I had regular visits to track how my progress was going. I would highly recommend these guys. :)

The team at Pinner Smile Clinic have consistently provided exceptional service and efficient care, with patient comfort being a top priority during appointments. My treatment plan and subsequent appointments have been thoroughly explained and meticulously managed by Dr. Shiv. Any concerns or questions raised were acknowledged and addressed with clarity. Very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. It feels like the focus is on taking money rather than actually helping patients. The first time I went with a clear tooth infection and significant pain, they only did a quick scan and told me to come back in two weeks for a review instead of treating the problem. When the infection came back again, I called them and they finally gave me an appointment after three days. However, on the same day of the appointment, they sent a message saying it was cancelled. I had a tooth filling done by Rianna at Smile Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The filling looks and feels great — you can’t even tell any work was done! Rianna explained everything clearly and took her time to make sure it was perfect. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental care.
