*****I dont know where to start but I wrote this review and then a week later they phoned to tell me they took the wrong tooth out of my daughters mouth******* milk tooth but still not the point mistakes like this should not happen . I wanted to share our incredibly positive experience at Broadwalk Dental Surgery, where my child recently had a tooth extracted. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the procedure itself was handled with remarkable speed and efficiency. The staff were all so welcoming and understanding, They were excellent at explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, alleviating any anxieties we had. Has to be one of the worst dental practices I’ve ever come across. The surgery dosnt even have a Dentist they have a dental therapist who is lovely. But no permanent dentist staff they have a locum dentist that works 2 days a week. They also don’t have working equipment the chair is broken so a majority of the treatments the dentist can do she is unable to do. So you get referred to the community dental service that takes forever. Was lucky to get registered with another dentist and actually get treatment.
