Outstanding experience at Bupa Dental Care Halstead. Claire and Leanne were superb from start to finish, calm, professional, and clearly very competent. They explained everything clearly, and the whole appointment for my son felt efficient and well organised. It’s reassuring to be looked after by a team that combines technical skill with genuine care. Highly recommended.

Visited today for my yearly check up. Hadn't been with Dr Vas and nurse Mariana before but they were both super friendly and instantly made me feel at ease. Dr Vas thoroughly checked my teeth and gums and gave me some feedback on some very minor concerns, but nothing I needed to be worrying about. The whole process was very quick yet efficient and considering I also had my bi-yearly x-ray, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to tap in to my savings. Vas and Mariana are great! Both of my children are nervous about going to the dentist, but Vas always puts them at ease and makes them laugh. He has a lovely manner and is very warm and welcoming. I am very nervous of going to the dentist, to the point I can’t sleep the night before! Normally my dentist cleans my teeth but because of a change around I have to go to the hygienist for my clean. I visited the Hygienist today for my first appointment. Felix and Issy were absolutely fantastic, what a different experience to what I had expected. They immediately put me at ease and Felix listened to everything I had to say.
