I had an appointment at Walrus Dental Care today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My dentist, Muhammed, and dental assistant, Noor, were extremely professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. They talked me through everything step by step and made sure I fully understood what was happening during my initial check-up. Honestly best dental care I've had in the UK so far. I'm not a citizen so it's always been a bit tough getting any sort of help. I was there for an emergency appointment due to pain, and was seen quite promptly. The staff was super duper friendly, sadly I didn't ask the name of the nice lady who treated me but I'm sure all their staff is this lovely. While another dentist brushed me off a week ago and just gave me antibiotics, they actually addressed my concerns and properly listened to me. Thank you for booking me in such short notice the treatment and care was fantastic, so welcoming and professional. looks like they're having a new look to the practice :). some strange reviews on here, one dude talking about a dead dog, pal take the dog to the vets and if he's dead bury him. dogs are not meant to use toilets.

I have used this dentist for approximately 9 years. I find them to all be really friendly and accommodating. I particularly like the fact that you still see the dentist and a separate hygienist unlike some others. It can be busy to get through on phone but its worth the wait. The waiting room is comfortable but the dentist seems to be very good on time keeping and I have never had a long wait. Highly recommended.
