Our experience with Dr Waseem was absolutely outstanding. Recently, he treated my daughter, and removed three teeth in one appointment. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, calm, and incredibly reassuring. He explained everything clearly in a way we could understand, made her feel completely at ease, and checked in with her throughout the procedure to make sure she was comfortable.

After many, many years of enduring gum recession, bone loss, loose and crooked teeth, I decided to try and have a smile I’d be happy with. I went for full dentures with implants and naturally I was both nervous and apprehensive about it. I attended this practice around 3–4 years ago and unfortunately had a very distressing experience that put me off visiting the dentist for a long time. Before I was even seen, I was charged over the phone and then charged again on arrival, which later had to be refunded. While this was corrected, it immediately made the appointment feel disorganised. I’ve been trying to transfer from Leeds to Halifax after I moved here 4 years ago and was having no luck from either end unlit I got help from the assistant manager at mydentist Broad st plaza, Halifax . Great communication and help with liaising with Leeds . Then on my first visit walking me through all the form and introducing me to the dentist. Good old fashioned customer service I thought had gone. Thank you Colin
