Portman Smile Clinic, Hailsham

I’m so glad I found the Portman smile clinic. Everyone I have dealt with from beginning to end have been so helpful, informative and friendly. The staff on reception are brilliant. I’ve had braces fitted at 33 and whilst I’m only a few weeks in, I’m excited to see the results. Neal who is my dentist, has been great and in 18 months time, I will have the teeth I’ve dreamed of! Mars has been friendly each time I’ve spoke to him from the beginning and provided me with all the information I needed to make the best decision.

We have had a wonderful experience from start to finish, The orthodontist and staff were friendly, professional, and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout her braces fitting. Everything was clearly explained, and the care has been great so far. highly recommend.

Back story, I was the child who was bullied and called all sorts of names, shamed, and belittled by both loved ones and not-so-loved ones 🙄because of a congenital misalignment of my teeth that I had no control over. Always really friendly and great service. They managed to fit my son in for an appointment last minute on Christmas Eve. Always had a good experience and staff are very informative, explaining the whole process.
