Claire Abbas is very highly qualified. Her examination technique is extremely thorough. No stone is left unturned. If remedial work should be required, she does everything possible to put patients at ease and keep any discomfort to the absolute minimum. Her approach is very much focussed on being both caring and professional. An outstanding dentist in a top-class practice.

I used to go to the practice at Great Ayton but when my dentist moved here I moved as well as I was happy with my dentist and it wasn’t much further for me to travel. On the practical side it is easier to park here than at Great Ayton. The surgery reception area is new, light and they have done some subtle changes to make it feel friendly and less like a dentist waiting room by adding more comfortable chairs and coffee tables. First time using vitality dental care in Guisborough and by chance, it was by referral from my usual dentist. Extremely friendly and helpful staff on reception and my first meeting with the Dentist Mike was great. Really friendly and a good laugh. Showed me exactly what was wrong with my tooth and advised me on the next course of action.

Fantastic team including reception Have seen two different dentists at the practice (Mike and Clare) both were great; easy to understand, very informative, caring and no issues with treatment. Having had a disappointing experience at a different practice, I cannot recommend the Guisborough team highly enough. My only regret is not joining the practice when I first moved into the area.
