I had my first appointment today with Ahmed after at least a decade of not seeing a dentist so was understandably nervous. The introductory offer was such great value compared to others locally. I was really impressed by the professionalism and friendliness from all practitioners. I was made to feel comfortable and not judged. Everything was explained fully, the X-rays exam, cleaning and polishing was a smooth process. The results were visually shown in full so I understood my identified problems and I was not rushed. I went to this dentist a couple times and it seemed nice and professional. After my sister noticed and took a picture of a strange mark on my teeth I went to the dentist. I told him that I was concerned about the mark, that I could feel a crack and that there was sometimes mild pain in my tooth. He told me it was nothing to worry about. After going to a different dentist a few months later, she told me that this was a very serious crack and that my tooth is close to fracturing. If my sister can spot the crack and a supposedly trained dentist can’t I think there is an issue.

Pauline was super friendly, and took the time after business hours to reschedule my appointment. Top notch for how to organise and treat clients well. Dave is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I will be a loyal client!+

Had a teeth check, clean, and airflow appointment today at Guildford Smiles and was really impressed. Dr. Junaid Chaudhry was very professional and kind—he did a great job cleaning my teeth and offered helpful advice about my dental concerns. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
