Sadly there are very few appointments and it’s not easy to access the services in Surrey. But the staff at Guilford are so lovely, caring and throughly explain everything! I feel so well looked after and that the patients best interest is really their priority

I’ll start by saying great service in person. However, told their systems are down so they are unable to automatically send test results but told if you email their email address after 7 days then they will confirm results. Fine, not a problem, these things happen. However, having emailed and it now being 2 weeks since the visit and no response and no results, that’s very poor service and very disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed having to write this review about my experience at the clinic. My disappointment is largely due to how positive my first experience was when I was seen by a lovely female doctor who took great care of me during my IUD appointment. Sadly, this most recent visit I was patronised, spoken to in a very aggressive manner and generally disrespected by Dr. Shalini Andrews.
