Ardgowan Dental Care

I have been attending Mr McLeod for over 20 years and I am also a nervous patient. I find him to be gentle and considerate, constantly ensuring I am comfortable and not in pain. I would absolutely recommend this practice, and his care, to any nervous patient needing treatment.

Several years ago, when I was struggling financially and needing further dental treatment, I was told by a dentist at Ardgowan Dental Practice that they were *at that time* transitioning to being a private-dental-care-only practice, and consequently I would no longer be able to receive NHS treatment at the practice. Only in the last few days, after reading an article in the Greenock Telegraph about the lack of NHS dental provision in Inverclyde, was I made aware that Ardgowan Dental Practice were continuing to provide dental treatment on the NHS between then and now. Mr Mcleod.. Awful. Told the practice well before I went, and gave 100 pounds deposit, that I am nervous ! I told the dentist when i went in, he could not have cared less. I have never met such an arrogant man. Avoid this place at all cost !.

An astute and pragmatic dentist. Impressed by his honest and objective assessment. Recommended.
