I attended the Practice from April, 2025 until January, 2026 for implant procedure. I was treated by Dr Dilan Taylor who throughout the period I found to be extremely competent and very caring. I am very satisfied with my implants and am grateful for the treatment I received. I found the support staff to be courteous at all times. I can honestly say that it was a very pleasant experience. I recently registered my children and had our first visit today. We had originally booked in for check ups at the start of 2026 but my daughter chipped her hyperplastic tooth over the weekend so I rang first thing Monday morning and was extremely impressed to be able to get an appointment for Tuesday morning. Sonny, with the help of Steph, were great with my daughter and explained exactly what they were going to do and made sure she was comfortable throughout. Can not recommend Prestwood dental enough. I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dilan and I honestly did not feel a thing. He reassured me before to the point of not being nervous anymore, with his long years of experience and well practised methods. He genuinely cares about you as a patient making you feel at ease, and very thorough with the after care so you experience minimal discomfort. I had mine out yesterday and today I’m already feeling better. Many thanks Prestwood!
Incredibly quick and efficient service. This was a first visit in a long time where I needed a Wisdom tooth removing. It was removed and I was out the door within 30 minutes of my appointment time. Highly recommended.
