Avoid Sharon. She is incredibly rude. After telling me my baby didn’t qualify for a vaccine he should definitely have I asked for clarification. Her response was only “he doesn’t qualify” and she proceeded to hang up on me. Maybe Sharon should stick to filing in the basement rather than speaking to new moms on the phone and being insensitive.
