I think things have much improved in the admin dept. I too had previously found the receptionist very brusque but things have completely changed! I guess reviews had an impact! So am pleased to give a positive review. Also the assertive hygienist is a bit intimidating at first but she's great at her job and funny too. The dentist, John, is super and I feel well looked after.

Absolutely amazing service by the whole team and really happy with the care I received. The receptionists, dental nurses and dentist I saw were all informative, explained the procedure/ health of my teeth gum etc in clear detail and were warm and welcoming from start to finish. I would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation.
