The dental staff are always great with my son, making him feel at ease, and explaining things well to us, his parents. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly and always very courteous and helpful on the phone.
My teenage daughter and husband have both been patients at Surrey Orthodontist under the care of Dr Pelletti and couldn’t be happier with the results. One was funded via NHS and one private but there was no difference in the level of care and attention they received. I was impressed with how the treatments didn't end until he was 100% satisfied it was perfect. The entire team is professional, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care!
Surrey Orthodontics has been an exceptional experience for us- right from the initial consultation until the final product. All people engaged with us were kind, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times and our daughter is delighted with her teeth now. Thank you!
Son was getting braces. Very good service. Easy to book appointments, and happy to accommodate around other commitments. They explained the procedure well and put him at ease. Would recommend.
