It is very clear that nhs patients are not important at this practice. Since petuchar was taken over by bupa, the service has been awful. Continuous cancellation of appointments. And even though the appointments were cancelled several times by the practice, I still had to wait 3months on another. Then when I attended the appointment, 5 minutes with the dentist if I was lucky to be told all was good when it wasn't. I had been suffering for months with one of my back teeth. When I told the dentist, he had another look and clarified that one of my fillings had fallen out. How he did not see th…
Amazing team and amazing service. I've had the pleasure of being treated by Bilal over the past few months. The treatment has been painless, with Bilal explaining everything to me as it is undertaken. I could not have asked for a better dentist. I would recommend Bilal, and the practice, to anyone without hesitation.
Not interested in providing decent care unless you pay privately. The dentist Christina lost my referral twice and repeatedly promised to chase it up but never delivered on this. Then in April I was informed they were removing all NHS patients.
Always have a great experience here. The staff are really welcoming and friendly and which helps to put you at ease for your appointment. You can tell that there's a good rapport amongst the team and a big thank you for Louise and Hayley for making my scale and polish such a fun experience.
