Bupa dentist Glengormley has the most professional dentists and dental nurses. The receptionists are extremely courteous and welcoming. I have always been a nervous patient but the receptionists and my dentist are understanding and take time to ensure I am relaxed and ready for treatment. I always leave wondering why I was nervous in the first place.
Really nice bright and modern dental practice. The reception team were very welcoming and friendly. The dentist I saw was very reassuring and gentle and explained everything he was doing as he went along which put me at ease.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. This was my second visit to this dental clinic, and honestly, if there weren’t extra charges to switch to another Bupa dentist, I wouldn’t have returned. Unfortunately, this visit was no different from the first—the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the tone from staff came across as patronising. On top of that, there seemed to be a lack of clarity from the office staff on what’s covered under Bupa, which is surprising for a Bupa dentist. Patients shouldn’t feel more informed than the team.
