Woodside Dental Practice

As someone with little experience having dental work done, I've felt that having a checkup and a first filling here has been a very rushed process, upon getting my filling done, there was no talk of what to expect or anything to relax me before the procedure, as well as no aftercare instructions. I've gone two months without being able to eat on that side of my mouth because the filling hurt too much, have gone back in for an emergency appointment for the dentist to tell me it's a problem with the height of the filling and ignored my objections when I said that I didn't think that'd fix it …

Simply amazing!! :) Recently had a root canal procedure done at this dental practice, Katie explained every step of the procedure in detail which puts me at ease. She was very friendly and patient and had taken great care in making sure that the procedure is done 100% correctly, and at the same time ensure that I as a patient is comfortable and happily answer my queries. I visited Andrea Fowler back in February. I was 3 weeks after giving birth. This was my first time for a check up in a very long time. I was booked in for X-rays, and a scale and polish. I was put on the chair and Andrea was quick to tell me how much I would be charged for the treatment when I then told her it would be free as post partum woman get free dental care 12 months after giving birth. Pathetic experience. You cannot expect someone to be speaking properly while you are doing a filling or cleaning teeth. It's painful and staff needs to be compassionate and kind. Rude staff, making a mock..I won't prefer visiting this dental practice again.
