Always cancel the appointments on the same day, taken multiple days off work, for my appointments to be cancelled. Asked to be seen and the owner gave me antibiotics without looking at me, so greedy with money. Only seen when i had to pay for treatments privately.

Private patients are given same day appointments while poor NHS patients are treated as second class citizens, they charge NHS patients for anything they can get away with. I had to sit listening to reception staff slagging off a patients among themselves. All my life with this surgery witnessed all the good staff leave, now I know why! I wont be back. Avoid at all costs

Waited. 5 weeks for appointment only to be told on that morning it was cancelled , next 2 appointments cancelled time wasted trying to sort out work commitments, loss of wages, said I would do it privately with them at a cost, day of appointment that morning by text, cancelled once again.
