I've been a patient at The One Dental Practice for over 10 years. I'm always treated with respect and great care, my needs are always listened to and taken care of. Dr. Artur is very professional and committed, always presenting me with various treatment options, and I never feel pressured. My 9-year-old daughter also likes the doctor very much, trusts him, and allows him to treat her without any hesitation or fear. Very good customer service. I always feel they have time for me and everything is explained. I've never been left with no help. When I had a tooth removed, it was quick and painless. Dr Artur is very experienced, I know my teeth are "in good hands"

⭐ 1 STAR (Zero if I could.) Terrifying experience – stay away from this dentist, especially for children. This was by far the worst dental experience we’ve ever had. The way this dentist treated my daughter was absolutely disgraceful. Instead of being gentle and reassuring, he was cold, intimidating, and completely lacking in compassion. My daughter left the appointment in tears and was so shaken she couldn’t sleep that night — she was genuinely traumatized. I have been visiting the practice for 5 years and could not recommend the place enough.The team is amazing, very friendly,professional and the place very clean. The dentist Artur is very knowledgeable, clearly explains treatment,discuss different options and outlines costs upfront.Recently I had a tooth removed,it was quick and painless.
