Been a patient for years, but over the last few years the service has deteriorated - communication is appalling, appointments are regularly cancelled, and the practice is impossible to contact by phone. There is no transparency over costs and the reception staff/dental nurses often sullen and unprofessional. I recently relocated from London to Glasgow. And I had my first horrible experience in this place and they ripped me off. I went for a consultancy for an implant. First they wouldn't pick up the phone and when they did she told me we are short of staff. They charged me £360 for 5 min consultancy. Comprising taking an ex-ray and CT scan. They sent me for CT scan else where. Where I had to drive. And over ther they said we only charge you £100 for it, which is the same price I had for North London. Ive been using this dentist for the past couple of years.I had work done to my teeth which boosted my confidence. Andrew and the girls do an amazing job. Sometimes I need to be seen quickly and this normally happens. 10/10 service and would highly recommended.
