I would have given zero stars if there was an option. DO NOT BOOK an appointment with Dr Stephen Manson at this surgery specifically if you are people of colour. I had to make an urgent appointment recently due to tooth ache, I had to take unpaid time out of work to get to the appointment. as soon as I went in, he asked me from where I had my last treatment and as I said Pakistan, he laughed at me and said "thats why it came off". As a professional, this is such a derogatory and discriminatory comment to make. When i replied to him that my treatment had been done 10 years ago and recently s…
Fantastic dentist and staff. I'm so comfortable when I'm here. The staff are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediately greet you. Been going here for years and overall I haven’t had a problem with my teeth ever since.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sania. She is a very professional caring and skilled dentist who makes you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Her gentle approach and attention to detail really stand out.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. Asid is the first dentist that I have ever had who has actually taken the time to explain what's going wrong with my teeth. The attached picture was him explaining why I had been feeling pain after a recent filling. For the first time i actually understand what my dentist it doing rather than having to just blindly follow their recommendation. Great customer care approach. Keep it up team! 😀👍🏻
