Visited the Albion Clinic on 6 December 2025 and 2 February 2026 and was attended by Graeme on the first appointment and Alyson assisted by Jade on the second. When making the appointments I had told Lauren at Reception that I was ‘feart’ but she was very kind in re-assuring me. On each visit I was immediately put at ease by the kindly and unhurried care and concern of Graeme and Alyson. The procedures for removal of the roots of broken teeth in my upper mouth interested me and were fully explained. Hi, my experience here was amazing , I was put at ease right away as I am terrified. I could not get knocked out due to heart problems.I had a tooth extracted that was right down to gum so needed cut and stiched. The level of care and keeping me informed througout was Amazing. Well done guys u are all amazing. Much appreciated..
Very professional and quick, but also quite cold and business-y. Very few instructions and clarification in advance via email, and quite cool, conduct from receptionist, dentist and nurse. Might have just been mind, and I'm aware they're busy but these procedures are scary for many people so I'd wished they'd been a bit kinder.
After a particularly difficult experience with my dentist, I was referred to the Albion clinic for wisdom tooth removal. Could not rate staff highly enough. Naomi and Lauren understood my apprehension, took the time to explain risks of procedure , post extraction care and what to do in event of any complications clearly to me. Extraction itself was painless and fast. Am very grateful for the patience and skill shown by staff! Thank you so much
